In a story from WNYT, Kristian Hendricks went to the Gloversville animal shelter on West Fulton Street, and began to argue with some of the volunteers. That was about 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2013. The Gloversville Police were called, and asked Hendricks to leave, which he did, complete with an apology.

Later that day, Hendricks returned and started causing problems, again. He finally left the shelter after the police were called. Hendricks was located by The Gloversville Police not far from the shelter, and arrested for trespassing.
