A 36-year-old Albany man is in some trouble with the law after he allegedly kicked another man who was trying to use a payphone.

Arie Patterson, Jr. now has a Monday morning court date at Albany Criminal Court after he allegedly kicked the victim in the chest. The altercation took place at the Empire State Plaza in Albany. Patterson was turned over to the Albany Police Department by State Police Capitol Troopers, who received the call, and handled the situation, where he was charged with Harassment In The Second Degree.

It was discovered that Patterson had some other legal issues. According to the story on News 10 ABC, Patterson had some previous warrants with the Albany Police. The outstanding warrants are for Criminal Mischief and Assault IN The Third Degree
