A South Glens Falls woman has been accused of gaining access to the elderly woman’s on-line bank account, and then using the money to pay her own bills.

The relative, 40-year-old Tara Linn Nelson, was accused of getting the necessary information needed to get into the relative’s online bank account to pay a bill. Nelson allegedly kept the information and then paid several other bills.

According to the story from WNYT, Nelson was charged with two counts of felony grand larceny, and sent to the Warren County Jail. If she’s convicted, she could end up in state prison, possibly for up to seven years
