A 30-year-old man from Clarksville was driving through Ravena on Route 9W when he was pulled over for a traffic infraction. While New York State Troopers were talking to Ryan J. McGrail, they smelled something from inside the vehicle and it wasn’t one of those pine tree air fresheners. The troopers said it was marijuana, so they decided to look a little bit further. Their search apparently lead to some pot and one other item - Metal knuckles.
