Lawton’s Automotive And Tire In Albany Helped WGNA’s Pennies From Heaven

WGNA’s Pennies From Heaven camping helps 11 Albany area children’s charities, and one Albany business helped us. It was Lawton’s Automotive And Tire on Watervliet Avenue, in Albany set up a collection jar to help out.

Jerry Lawton and all of his employees are just some of the greatest people to know. I’ve known Jerry for more than ten years. Whenever I need some work done on my car, that’s where I go. Jerry and his crew are the best in the business. They only do what needs to be done on your car, without trying to sell you on repairs that you do not need. There are two locations: One is 90 Watervliet Avenue, and the other is at 118 West Street, both in Albany.

I’m not trying to sound like a commercial, or am I getting any kind of “incentive” for praising the work they do. I have been wanting to say something for quite some time, but wasn’t sure what would be a good time, so when I brought my car in a couple of weeks ago for some work, Kallyne, the office manager at the Waterviet Avenue shop, showed me that she put up the collection jar.
