Because of these accusations, there’s a class action lawsuit being brought against Stewarts. This is from a woman from Watertown that works at Stewarts.

In a story from CBS 6 Albany, several employees weren’t given required breaks for meals in addition to expectations of doing extra work without getting paid for it. The lawsuit has yet to be served to Stewarts.

In a statement from Stewarts that was in the story from CBS 6, it was stated that “they have a longstanding reputation for being fair to their employees.”
