I’m a College Graduate, My Parents Treat Me Like A Child.

The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. Here is today's daily dilemma:

I’m about to graduate from college this month, and definitely looking for a job, obviously. My parents are really concerned that I’m not going to get one, so they’ve been helping me out. Very helpful they’ve been. Soooo very helpful. In other words, they won’t leave me alone.

My mother has “red penciled” my resume at least 5 times. She basically has completely written it herself. My father’s a pretty prominent businessman in the area, and has been calling around trying to get me interviews.

I appreciate all of this, and I don't want to insult them, but you’d think after college I’d get a chance to spread my wings myself.
