How Long Of A Commute Is Too Long? – Daily Dilemma [POLL]

The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. Here is today's dilemma:

My dilemma is a good news bad news. I have been out of work for some time. My husband makes decent money and we have not been suffering financially, however we really could use two incomes. The good news is I got a job offer the other day and it seems to be a good position. I would not say it is in any way a dream job but it is good pay and something I would not hate doing.

The bad news is, it would be a long commute. Over an hour each way. Now I don't mind driving and believe me, getting a job close to where I live has proven to be almost impossible. I just don't know if I can do a long commute like that day after day for a long time. I feel like after a while it will get really old and I will start to hate this job.

So , I guess what I'm asking is for the commuters in your audience, how long of a commute to work is too long? Do you get used to it? And I guess do you think I should take this job?
