Famous Landmark Albany Building With a Big Dog For Sale

A building in Albany, that I think everyone has seen with the big dog on the roof, is for sale.

If you have kids, I’ll bet that they get a kick out of seeing the big dog on the roof. It’s been called the “Nipper Building” (Nipper the dog was part of the trademark of the RCA logo). The RCA Corporation used to use the building, located on Broadway, as a place to distribute their products.

According to an article in the Times Union, the building has been listed for $3.975 million by Carrow Real Estate. Other than the RCA Corporation, the building has housed various companies through the years, including a moving company.
