1984- Earl Thomas Conley makes history when his album ‘Don’t Make It Easy For Me’ becomes the first country album in history to produce four No. 1 hits. The singles ’Your Love’s On The Line’ ‘Holding Her and Loving You’ ‘Don’t Make It Easy For Me’ and ‘Angel In Disguise,’ the song that went to No. 1 on this date, all hit the top of the Billboard Country Chart in 1983 and 1984.
