On Tuesday afternoon around 5:00 p.m., Albany Police went to the Abrookin Career And Technical School on Kent Street because they had a warrant for a student at the school.

The 17-year-old was brought to the main office by school administrators. The Albany Police then arrested, and took into custody Stephen Kramer from Albany.

While Kramer was being arrested, it was discovered that he allegedly had a loaded.22 caliber handgun. After his arraignment in Albany City Criminal Court, Kramer was sent to the Albany County Jail.

According to the story from News 10 ABC, he was charged with Criminal Possession Of A Weapon in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession Of A Weapon In The Second Degree and Criminal Possession Of A Weapon On School Grounds.
