Ducklings Run Over With Jet-skis; Officials Want Your Help

News 10 ABC is reporting this disturbing story that just leaves you shaking your head.   Men riding jet skis allegedly surrounded some ducklings near the Batchellerville Bridge, and then drove over the animals. The alleged incident took place on Sunday on the Great Sacandaga Lake and officials want your help figuring out who did it!=

We've all seen a line of ducklings make their way across a street following their mom, and in every situation, people will stop traffic in order to allow the furry little babies to safely make their way.  In this case, according to The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, ENCON and eyewitnesses, some of the ducklings were not so lucky as many were targeted (and killed) by a few inhumane individuals on jet skis.

The jet skis are described as Sea-Doo Sparks. One is burnt orange and white. The other is a blackish yellow. Anyone with information is asked to reach out to NYS DEC Officer Brian Toth at (518) 222-1815.
