A woman from Montgomery County has been accused of a very unthinkable act.

Debralee Knight has been arrested after it was discovered that she allegedly killed her pit bull by hitting it with an aluminum baseball bat.

The story that was on News 10 ABC, mentioned that there was a complaint reported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department on October 25, about a dog that was previously killed and buried by its owner.

Knight ended up in the Town Of Florida Court where she was arraigned. She has a Class A Misdemeanor charge under the Agriculture And Markets Law with Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals - Failure To Provide Proper Substance. She has been release from court on her own recognizance. Knight is also scheduled to appear in town court in the Town Of Glen for Making A False Statement.
