We all remember that Rivers was killed in a car accident a little over 2 years ago. Dennis Drue, the driver of the car that caused the accident, was sentenced to 5 to 15 years in State Prison.  Drue, 23, pleaded guilty in September to 58 counts for causing the Northway crash that killed both Deanna Rivers and Chris Stewart, High School seniors at Shenendehowa in December 2012. The accident also seriously injured Shen High School Senior Matthew Hardy and and senior Bailey Wind of Shaker High School.
