Crossgates Mall Store Temporarily Closes

A promotion at one store in Crossgates Mall had such long lines, the store was forced to stop the promotion before all customers could take part. The company is apologizing for the inconvenience. We were all anticipating the Build A Bear Workshop "Pay Your Age" promotion, but because of overwhelming demand, the company had to shut it down at all of their stores in the United States and Canada.

According to the Build A Bear Workshop Facebook page, they where overwhelmed with the turn out of their promotion so they regrettably had to close the promotion.

There is an alternative way to "Pay Your Age" that the company always offers. Just join their Build A Bear Bonus Club. They love birthdays and they offer you to "Pay Your Age" and Count Your Candles to get their special Birthday Bear. Even though you can't take advantage of the "pick any bear" today, at least you can get the Birthday Bear during your birth month.
