He was accused of selling counterfeit tickets for the Jason Aldean concert last night at SPAC. Cy Ismael Rivera was arrested by the Albany County Sheriff’s Department, in Crossgates Mall, in the entrance to Dick’s Sporting Goods.

The undercover investigation was conducted by the Albany County Sheriff’s Department. That lead them to Craigslist to order the tickets, then to Crossgates to make the purchase.

In the story from News 10 ABC, Rivera received several charges including Trademark Counterfeiting in the third degree, Scheme To Defraud in the first degree and others. After an arraignment in Guilderland Town Court, Rivera was sent to Albany County Jail.
