Computer Parts Leads To Arrest Of State Worker
An information specialist that works for the New York State Office Of Information Technology Services has been arrested for allegedly possessing used computer parts.
In the story from the Times Union, a 39-year-old Stillwater man, Erik Defibaugh allegedly took used computer parts that belonged to the state. Because they were parts from state owned computers, he was charged withe Fifth Degree Criminal Possession, and will be going back to Stillwater Town Court.
