Colorado Shooter James Holmes Charged With Murder
The name James Holmes became infamous on July 20th, 2012. He has now been formally charged, and will have to face the consequences of his actions.
The Colorado prosecution team wasted no time. Aurora, CO theater shooter James Holmes has officially been charged with 24 counts of murder. The prosecution is also attempting to charge Holmes with 116 counts of attempted murder for the 58 people that were injured in the attacks.
On July 20th, Holmes went into an Aurora, Colorado theater and opened fire on patrons watching a midnight showing of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’. 12 people have died as a result of that attack, and 58 others injured.
