Over the weekend, we decided to do something we have never done as a family. We went camping, well sort of. We tried Glamping. Now we know the only way to camp is to do it this way. Here's why.

When you hear the term, "Glamping", you may cringe or think that it's a cop-out way of camping. That's okay to think because we did it this past weekend and we had a blast while enjoying all the Adirondacks had to offer. We actually slept in queen size beds in a "luxury" tent, as my eight-year-old referred to it. It was everything we wanted camping to be and more...comfortable.

We picked out our camping space in the Adirondacks in the newly revamped Frontier Town location (this place is amazing and my review on the campgrounds is coming soon). Then we contacted GlampADK. They come and set up the tent you need with all of the amenities of your bedroom to the campsite you have reserved. When we arrived here's what was on our space.

We were so impressed with the inside too. There was so much space with three queen size beds, an area to sit in, end tables, lanterns, and home accents. Here's a look inside. Oh, and it also kept those pesky bugs out.

From the many comments on social media, it appears that a lot of my friends will only camp this way too. I highly recommend it! We had a blast and got a good night's sleep for our adventures the next morning.
