According to a story from the Times Union, the grill was used for the church’s ‘Feed-A-Kid’ program. The program was set up to feed children in the north central neighborhood in Troy, around the area of Fifth Avenue and 101st Street.

The grill which was modified from a large 100 gallon drum had been used for more than six years, and cost over $1,000.00. Unfortunately, there’s no indication as to who stole the grill or where it may be, and the theft is still being investigated by the Troy Police Department.
