Be A Buddy, Not A Bully With ‘GNA Saturday From Noon til 2

Bullying in schools is a real problem today. In person and online bullies are making it hard for teachers to educate and for kids to learn.

In the past year there were over 160,000 reported cases of severe bullying in America's schools. Even sadder than that is the fact that 15% of school absenteeism is from kids staying home because they are afraid of being bullied at their school. This needs to stop, and the way it happens is through awareness and educations.

Join 1077 GNA on Saturday, November 19 from Noon-2pm at Wolf's 1-11 on 111 Wolf Road. Bring your school aged children during those 2 hours because the first 150 kids will receive an official "Be A Buddy, Not A Bully" tee shirt and a $5 gift card to use in the game room at Wolf's 1-11.
