There has been an incredible outpouring of love and support for the victims of a tragic car accident that took two young lives just days ago. We saw a successful Twitter campaign to get Tim Tebow to call Matt Hardy, who survived the crash. The other survivor, Bailey Wind also received calls from some sports idols too. With Carrie Underwood in town tonight, it’d be great to keep up the #518strong momentum and get Carrie to call both students. We need your help to spread the word.

Mr. Food was a long standing local celebrity in the Albany area, getting his start on WRGB Channel 6 before becoming nationally famous. He was known for his catchphrase "ooh it's so good" and also as the orignator of the 'quick and easy cooking' concept. He'll be missed by many local television viewers.

When I was living in Phoenix, AZ and flew back to Albany for the Christmas holiday, all I wanted was a white Christmas. Regardless of if you live here or not, many people want to have some snow on the ground. So - will we have a white Christmas in 2012? We've been doing some research and we think we are ready to make a guess!
