The man, who was the driver, ended in a little bit of trouble with the law. Upon a little more investigating, it was determined that the driver allegedly had some cocktails. That’s when police arrested 33-year-old Christopher Soto from Albany. Besides being suspected of allegedly being drunk behind the wheel, it was discovered that he also allegedly was carrying some marijuana.

After Soto was brought in for processing, it was determined that he allegedly had almost three times the limit for blood alcohol content. Soto apparently had some legal issues in the past, and had a prior conviction of DWI about eight years ago. He was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. He was also charged with Unlawful Possession Of Marijuana.

According to the story from News 10 ABC, Soto was sent to the Albany County Jail after he was arraigned in Bethlehem Town Court.
