The 2012 Grammy Awards are quickly approaching and it looks like Country Music fans will have a few moments to look forward to this year. 

The Civil Wars have been added as performers at the Grammy Awards on Sunday February 12 on CBS, while Reba McEntire will serve as a new presenter. The Civil Wars are nominated for two Grammys -- best country duo/group performance for "Barton Hollow" and best folk album for Barton Hollow. McEntire has won two Grammys -- one for "Whoever's in New England" and the other for "Does He Love You" with Linda Davis.

Previously-announced country performers include Taylor Swift, a duet with Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson, Glen Campbell's collaboration with The Band Perry and Blake Shelton, and Carrie Underwood's duet with Tony Bennett. In addition, Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert were previously announced as presenters. George Jones will also be honored with the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.
