15 Month Old In Critical Condition After Alleged Assault In Glens Falls

A father was arrested for allegedly assaulting his 15 month old son in Glens Falls.
The child received a severe head injury and was airlifted to Albany Medical Center. Doctors have told family members that the child's chance of survival is very slim.
28 year old Gary Lee Waite was charged with Assault- 2nd Degree which is a felony, and if the child dies police say charges will be upgraded. At last report Waite was being held at Warren County jail on $100,000 bail. Here's the full story from News 10 ABC.
