what happened to the welcome to lake george village sign

A few days after the iconic "Welcome to Lake George Village" sign was taken off of Beach Road, a man out walking his dogs saw the sign and thought "That would look great in my man cave!"

The iconic "Welcome to Lake George Village" sign on Beach Road was stolen last week. Who would do this? Anyone with information is asked to call the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
