"GTL" which in the world of MTV's Jersey Shore is an acronym for gym, tan, and laundry may have a bit of a different feel next week.  Next week "GTL" may stand for things like gravy, turkey, and leftovers or perhaps grandpa, triptafen, and loud (snoring)? Snooki made a guest appearance on "Regis and Kelly" to promote her book "Confessions of a Guidettee" yes she writes. She brought gifts for Regis and Kelly and somehow a 80 year old man took his shirt off. Gotta say Regis is in good shape!
