If you are planning a summer or a business trip and you are flying out of this Upstate New York airport, you better pack your patience. Travelers are reporting that if you aren't there at least two and a half hours early, you may miss your flight.

A promotion at one store in Crossgates Mall had such long lines, the store was forced to stop the promotion before all customers could take part. The company is apologizing for the inconvenience.
