Jello-O shots at bars could be a thing of the past. Jell-O shots are a party favorite. You pour your favorite vodka in some jello mix, let them sit, and there you have it--a classic.

Are Jello-O shots illegal in New York State? Actually, yes. Some of you may be thinking that this is actually ridiculous. But, the New York State Liquor Law says that and 'pre-mixed' drink is prohibited to be sold or given away at the bar. Obviously, that includes Jello shots.

A friend of mine sent me a link to this website to help with the ever so difficult process of jello shot making. Clearly, she meant it for someone else because I have never made a jello shot in my life. I had to "google" the term just to find out what these contraptions are.
