Every day when I leave to come to the station I say good bye to my dog and for a brief moment wonder what he'll do when I'm gone. I assume it's just lay around, eat, and wait patiently for his loving owner to come home from my long day at work...

They say after a while that a dog starts to look like their owner and vice versa. The only conclusion to me is that the owners of these dogs must be lego people, because the new trend in Japan is to shave your dog into an even geometrical shape...

I am a big proponent of adopting animals from shelters rather than getting them from breeders. If I can stand on my soap box for a second, it's because there are no uniform regulations for breeding and too many "backyard breeders" out there creating dogs with health problems that can significantly shorten their life...
