Celebrity Edition

They'll be at Countryfest 2017 with us on Saturday at the Schaghticoke fairgrounds. But, the last time they were hanging with us, we brought them to a pediatricians office for a Concert in a Cubicle. (Sorry to bring back any bad memories, guys!)

Joe Nichols walked over to me at Taste of Country Music Festival on Saturday when it was blazing hot inside the lodge at Hunter Mountain. In his black t-shirt, with sweat on his brow he sat down and smiled. That's when I realized he's about three of me and quite possibly solid muscle.

One of the most fun things to do is sit down with the artists that roll through town and get to know them a little better. Lindsay Ell is currently on tour with Brad Paisley and the tour kick off was right here at our very own Saratoga Performing Arts Center!

With the country season officially kicking off at SPAC on Thursday, I had the chance to sit down with a bunch of the artists on the show. That includes the studly, talented and super fun Dustin Lynch!

When you're alone in a room with Kip Moore, what do you do? I picked his brain for what should've been 60 seconds, but lets face it, it's Kip Moore! I was living the dream that many ladies would sell their souls for, so I took advantage and got the goods out of Kip and Country In 60: Celebrity Edition went from 60 seconds to well, a little longer than that.

Yesterday we had new Nashville recording artist, Devin Dawson roll through town for our Concert in a Cubicle series. He performed for a group of lovely ladies at Quad Graphics in Saratoga. While not the easiest place to find - we definitely had a ton of fun as Devin played a handful of songs in their auditorium!

It's time for another Country In 60: Celebrity Edition. This time with up and comers: Walker McGuire. We had them with us Tuesday afternoon as they performed for our "Concert in a Cubicle" series. This one took place at a pediatrics office (I'm sure they'll never get to say that again!)
