One Upstate city is in uproar after the source of a boil water advisory was revealed as an unmanned treatment facility under the town's Water Board.

Residents of the Town of Colonie's Latham Water District, including the village of Colonie, are being advised to boil all water used for drinking and cooking for the next 48 hours.
