Patrick Mahomes + Wife Brittany Are Expecting Another Baby: ‘Round Three’

Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany are on the way to becoming a family of five after announcing they are expecting they're pregnant with their third child. Brittany made the news public as she shared a behind-the-scenes video of a family photo shoot that included a reel of sonogram photos.

"Round three, here we come," Brittany writes on an Instagram Reel.

Who Are Patrick Mahomes' Kids?

The Kansas City Chiefs' quarterback Mahomes' married his high school sweetheart, Brittany, on March 12, 2022. At the time they were already parents to daughter Sterling Skye who was born on Feb. 20, 2021. They welcomed their second child, son Patrick "Bronze" Lavon III, on Nov. 29, 2022.

Will Patrick Mahomes Push His Kids to be Athletes?

Mahomes is arguably the best quarterback in the NFL right now. Despire his athletic prowess, he doesn't plan on pushing his kids to follow in his footsteps.

"I think that's the best thing for me," he said in an interview. "I'm going to help teach my son, my daughter all the fundamentals and whatever they want to learn. But at the same time, I want to let it be about them."

"That's what my dad did growing up, that's what my parents did," he continues. "They let it be about me, let me out there and have fun, they didn't pressure me to do anything. I think that's why I'm in the position I am today."

Brittany was also a standout athlete as she played soccer for the University of Texas at Tyler and even signed a contract to continue her career in Iceland. She played overseas for one year.
