‘Redneck Woman’ Singer Gretchen Wilson Finds a Buyer for Stunning Tennessee Home — See Inside! [Pictures]

Gretchen Wilson has found a buyer for her luxurious home in rural Tennessee, and the new owner will be getting a "little slice of Heaven," according to the listing.

The "Redneck Woman" singer listed her 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2,225-square-foot house for sale for $625,000 on May 31, and the luxurious home received multiple offers immediately after going on the market.

Wilson accepted an offer within days of the initial listing, and the sale went into contingency status on June 3, according to online property sites.

The sale is not yet finalized, and the selling price is not yet disclosed, but if Wilson received her asking price, that will break down to $281 per square foot and a monthly payment of $3,935. Due to the bidding war over the property, it's likely Wilson will receive more than her asking price.

The home's luxurious amenities include:

• High trayed ceilings.
• A primary suite with an attached bathroom and built-in shelves in the closet.
• Granite and tile finishes.
• An oversized bonus room above the garage.
• A screened porch and an expansive covered porch at the back of the residence.

Wilson has been a major player in real estate over the years. She sold her former farm in Wilson County, Tenn., in 2011.

Wilson listed her next luxury home for sale in 2016 for $1.7 million, and she received $2.1 million for the property in April of 2021.
