A piece of steel from the World Trade Center is now on display at Albany International Airport.

According to News 10, the artifact arrived at the airport today and was put on display. This included a special 'unveiling and dedication ceremony.'

For, me, seeing these pieces of steel are always evoke images of that day. There are many of them throughout the country now, especially in the Northeast. And while they do send a chill and take you back to such a terrible day, they are a great reminder to remember all those we lost, and all those who have sacrificed for our country since then. It's is crazy how in this instance, such a relatively small piece of steel can carry such weight.
