The Waterford Police Department could use your help as they are trying to locate a missing woman.24-year-old Anna L. Kroup has been missing since approximately midnight on Monday the 18th of February. Kroup is 5' 4" tall and weighs 115 pounds. She was last seen wearing a brown wool coat and black boots.
