As many places are slowly reopening, there is good news that three of the largest discount stores will be opening their doors very soon. I know several people, that when TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Home Goods temporarily closed, they would drive to various locations to just look at the buildings, some would take pictures and hope they would open back up soon. Well, it looks as if their wishes may be coming true sooner than later.

According to WGRZ.com, the parent company of Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Home Goods, TJX Companies announced that most stores will be reopened by the end of this month (June). These stores have already reopened in other parts of the world like Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Poland. It looks as if stores in Canada and the United States are on track to all reopen. The hope is by the end of June.

There will be precautions including that all employees will wear masks while working and customers must also wear masks while shopping. Employees will also do daily temperature checks and health screenings. Protective dividers have been installed at the cash registers. The fitting rooms will remain closed.

I know many shoppers that will be first in line at TJ Maxx, Home Goods, and Marshalls when they reopen. In fact, my girlfriend, Jenn's mom, was so excited to hear the news, that she already plans on taking the day off from work so she can go to each store for the day.
