Tequila:3 ½ years old Domestic Shorthair/….orange and black…beautiful. (arrived Dec 27th 2013).

I love to talk. If you meow back at me, I will meow right back at you. We can talk about anything, I promise not tell your secrets! I am the perfect little cuddle bug lap cat. I love lots of naps and taking it easy. When you give me attention, I will roll over on my back for even more attention. I am truly a lover of all humans! They are the best. Can you adopt me and take me home?

Geko:  9 yr old Chihuahua…..Been there since the end of December.

I was surrendered to the shelter when my family were going through a difficult time. I have lived with another small female dog and cats and did well with both. I am partially house broken. I was not neutered as a young pup, this sometimes makes the whole house training situation a little more difficult. I have been doing much better with my house training since I was fixed. I would do best if I have many opportunities to get outside for breaks. I promise that if I have an accident its a small one. I can be a bit shy/ tentative, but I warm up if you give me a chance to check you out and take things slow. I can be persuaded to become friends with a few soft treats. I enjoy going on walks and looking for adventures along the way. I walk with a spring in my step, a fancy prance you might say. I would do best in a home with older teens to adults. I am playful for short periods of time. I love the mini tennis balls that I can fit in my mouth! I am a fan of soft squeaky toys. I am on high alert when strangers enter my surroundings and will signal you with a bark or two, or more! If you are looking for a slightly older, small sized dog I may be the guy for you.
