Black Friday Deals On Thanksgiving Day? Walmart’s Havin’ At It!
No moss grows under the feet of Walmart. They are now offering fantastic Black Friday sales BEFORE Black Friday. Are you happy about that or is it too much, too soon? Take our poll.

I have no words to describe this. I'm speechless. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then in this case, I have something worth the length of "War and Peace" to share with you if you haven't seen it already.
We all have our pet peeves. I could make a very long list, but this one has to be one of my top five - people who change their mind in the checkout line and just stuff the item randomly on the shelf. This photo is not staged. The scene? The Walmart on Route 9 in Clifton Park
Where did YOU shop this holiday weekend? We were going to go to the mall, but I didn't feel like bucking the crowds. "Why not just go to Sam's Club - we can probably find stuff we need right there!" I had only two things in mind that I needed. But it really doesn't work out that way, does it?
Great news for all the hard working and hard playing people of the Capital Region. Carhartt will be opening a store right here in Crossgates Shopping Center. This will be only the sixth retail store they have opened in the entire country.
Carhartt which began in 1889
Some sad news for the world’s largest electronics store. The Best Buy Company is planning to close 50 of it’s U.S. stores.
Apple has a little bit of an image problem in China right now. It seems that they had an iPhone Sale fail that you would have to see the video to believe.
When is the best time of year to make that all important purchase you've been holding off for? Black Friday, of course, right? Right! End of blog. Have a nice day. (Sorry, not so fast, folks!)
Trader Joe's is an awesome store. I never though we would get one here but it looks like we are.
It's a simple question. Shouldn't take long to take this very scientific Sean and Richie Poll. Since I'm conducting it, maybe we can call it the 'Lou Hairless Poll'. We had the debate in the studio between songs about giving gift cards versus a 'real gift', you know a tangible item. We talked about this recently as part of our Daily Dilemma even. Someone once told us that gift cards were for junkies but that's a whole other story. Take the poll after the jump.
It's about time, folks. Now don't start thinking this is prejudice or protectionism or all that crap. This is about survival right now, and I personally stand up and applaud ABC for this idea-a national challenge for everyone to at least buy SOMETHING that wasn't produced in China! (I know it's gonna be tough, but we have to try!)
Today I'm off on another Readin', Writin, and Rhymin' Tour . I'm going to Yates Magnet School in Schenectady. This is a return visit for me. Always have a good time there. But this time I'm trying a grand experiment!
