A pool hall that has been a staple on Central Ave in Albany since 1963 may be closing soon. The owner of Golden Cue Billiards Lounge & Sports Pub is hoping to sell his building to a new trendy concept that has been popping up in various cities throughout the US.

There had been restaurants in the space inside the TU in the past but it has been empty for quite some time. Now a new restaurant has opened and is ready to serve the downtown clientele along with those heading to a game or a concert.

Over the summer it was announced that the Capital Region will be getting two Chick-fil-As.
