March 5, 2013 We often have tours and special guests drop by WGNA in Schenectady, New York. Today, a local student named Paul shadowed me in the Albany Townsquare Media studios. We took some requests, played some games, and spent a lot of time on the internet writing articles.

We are going to have 6 head to head matches with the last one being between three girls. We will be posting them in order that we received them and each will a 24 hour voting window.
September 24, 2012 Are you the next morning radio star? Maybe you are, or maybe it's one of the girls who have already submitted their videos for consideration. We posted a video Friday morning to show that we are in desperate need of some female companionship here on the Sean and Richie Show, otherwise things just get a little too locker room-ish.
