Petition to Change Presidential Anthem to ‘Smooth’ by Santana and Rob Thomas
Not a joke.
Someone wants "Smooth" to represent more than just the summer of 1999, because they've created a petition asking that it replace "Hail to the Chief" as the official Presidential Anthem of the United States.
The petition says, quote, "Playing 'Smooth' shall precede the appearance of the President at official functions and gatherings...
