For the third year in a row, the Rustic Barn Pub will host the official Countryfest After Party immediately following the year’s biggest Capital Region country concert on July 9.

Countryfest 2016 is almost here!

We're about two weeks away from Countryfest 2016, and I'm still trying to decide what I want to wear! But the bigger question is: what is Charles Kelley going to wear!? He split open his favorite jeans on stage!

Sometimes I just need to ask for a little help, and this is one of those times. In the next few days leading up to WGNA'S Countryfest 2016, Bethany and I will be talking to the artists who will be performing this year. What I would like to know is: what would you ask them?

Who doesn't love the Eli Young Band?!  Everyone loves them! Which is why I'm really excited to have them at Countryfest 2016!  They are the curators of amazing songs like "Drunk Last Night," "Crazy Girl," and "Even if it Breaks Your Heart"...

Countryfest 2016 is getting closer and closer and I know I'm not alone when I say I can't wait to see Earl Dibbles Jr. This kid is country to his core and not afraid to tell the world he is what he is, a country boy. Earl Dibbles Jr., the alter-ego of Granger Smith is a parody of every young down home true country boy out there in the U.S.A. and honestly much less of a "parody" than one

Wow, I don't know how to feel about this, but I was walking through the halls of WGNA this morning and glanced at the Countryfest posters we have on the walls and a realization shocked me. Countryfest 2016 will be my 20th Countryfest while working at the station.
