Should Albany Have a 5 Cent Charge For Grocery Bags? [POLL]

Voters in New York City will vote on implementing a 5 cent per bag fee for shopping bags. 

And In NYC, this law would apply to paper and plastic bags, according to the New York Daily News.

In my old hometown of Portland, Maine they had a similar law, just for the plastic bags. For every bag you used, you had to pay 5 cents. For our family it was never an issue because we used re-usable bags.
