Could the guessing game of what stores will open on the corner of Rts. 4 & 43 FINALLY be over?

The land has been cleared for some time now, in fact the idea of a plaza at that site was initially proposed in 1997.  Anyone who drives through or lives in the area is constantly wondering what will be at this site and when will they build it.

Well, the reports are in, and although the town is not ready to officially announce, the Albany Business Journal reported that on line marketing materials for the plaza indicate these stores:

ShopRite, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Petco, ShoeShow, Five Below, Rue 21, Kay Jewelers, Chipotle and Smashburger are all slated to be in the plaza.

Again, the Town has not released any information but an announcement is expected soon.

I know this portion of Rt. 4 has come a long way in recent years with so much development. So, my North Greenbush people, what do you think about the proposed stores?
