Shmaltz To Open Troy Tasting Room In 2018

The new year is all about new beginnings and and new stuff opening in the Capital Region, and one of our favorite breweries will soon have another place for you to sample their offerings.

Shmaltz founder Jeremy Cowan recently told Hype magazine the brewery plans to open a Troy tasting room in early 2018.  You can currently sample the Shmaltz offerings at the tasting room attached to the brewery in Clifton Park.

As far as tasting rooms go, the Shmaltz is one of the cooler ones to visit. And, being a Clifton park resident, having it right in my backyard is a bonus. They always have cool stuff going on, like trivia every Thursday and bagels to go with your beer samples on Sunday, and much more according the Shamltz website. No details on where or when the new tasting room will open, but I fully expect Shamltz to bring the fun as well at the new location!
