SO, I'm having trouble with who I think is wrong in this news story. I know you can help. You much like me are never short of opinions, and that's a good thing. OK, so this story comes to us from the Garden State of New Jersey and the "Jersey Journal".

It seems a 20 year old woman had been going to her health club and getting regular massages from the same male masseuse. He is a thirty year old man who is apparently very effeminate and therefore seemed to be outwardly "gay". During the massage he asked her if she wanted her breasts and buttocks rubbed down as well.  Before you jump to any conclusions, according to Joel Lewis who is also a massage therapist in New Jersey,  it is not unusual for breasts and buttocks to be included in a massage, but must be done by someone with a special certification for it.  ( I do not know if this particular massage therapist had that extra certification )This woman agreed to have the complete rub down, why not? After all he was gay.

Well, after this had gone on a few times with no adverse results, the woman found out that the masseuse wasn't gay, in fact he had a girlfriend.  Now, keep in mind to my knowledge the man never said he was gay, merely appeared to her to be gay. After realizing he was not indeed gay the woman then called the police and filed criminal sexual conduct charges against the masseuse. In her complaint she said that she " was under the impression it was a regular practice" and that he "was of homosexual orientation".

There you go, and I really don't know what to make of it.  My first though was, "Why didn't I go into massage therapy?" Then my second  thought was, "How does him being gay or not gay have anything to do with weather it was wrong or not?"  I mean he is still a guy , and she is still a girl. And if we work under the assumption that it isn't that unusual among therapist with that certification, the only thing that could be bothering her is , he may have enjoyed it?

Am I missing something?  If he's gay its ok , because it somehow makes him not look at her as sexual?  What if he's straight and she is ugly?  I think she'd have the same result. Just being honest.  I honestly cant wait to hear your opinions especially the ladies out there. And as always share this link with your friends , the more opinions the better.

God Bless
