Lee Brice has been one of the hottest songwriters in Nashville for about 5 or 6 years now. He actually co-wrote the Garth Brooks song that debuted at #1 a few years back "More Than A Memory".

The co-writer on that song with Lee Brice was Capital Region native Billy Montana, the father of singer Randy Montana.
