January 12th Through 16th – Biggest Divorce Filing Period Of The Year [VIDEO]

Who's that knocking on the door? It could be a process server slapping you with divorce papers.

The heaviest dates for divorce filing each year are January 12th through 16th. It just seems to work out that way. A lot of it has to do is that couples on the edge go "cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs" during the holidays and are mad as hell just waiting for the lawyers to come back from vacation and open their offices.
