Ice Cream – The Albany Area Summertime Treat [LIST]

Almost everyone likes ice cream, wether it’s soft serve like Kurver Kreme in Colonie, or hard ice cream like almost any Albany area Stewarts shop. Guptill’s Coney Express in Latham has both.

I do know that some people don’t like ice cream, but I’m one of those that really does. For the health conscious, there’s always frozen yogurt. With the hot weather that we recently had, it should have been a mandatory thing to get ice cream. You know there’ll be more hot weather. After all, it’s just the beginning of summer.

My favorite is, and always has been chocolate, with vanilla as a close second. I have to admit that I have found one flavor of ice cream that may actually over take chocolate for me. If you like cream sickles, then you will love this one flavor that I decided to try. I went to a Stewart’s shop in Colonie, and found ‘Kaydeross Kreme Light’. I am just about addicted to it. So now I can put that on my list of favorite ice cream flavors. Now, take our poll about your favorite.
